    I cannot thank Primary Homes enough, my heating and hot water stopped working last night during the freezing weather. The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They had an engineer out to me promptly to repair my boiler. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property as they have been fantastic from day one.

    Primary were our estate agent whilst we were renting for 6 years. They were always very helpful when we needed them for any issues that occurred, and they resolved these issues with the landlord in a timely manner so we weren't left with problems! Highly recommend them, as long as you look after the place you're renting and clean when you leave, you'll be fine 😊 we did have a stain on the carpet that couldn't come out so did end up loosing some of our deposit, but that was expected.

  • A boiler emergency
    I called at around 9-15 this morning with a not working boiler displaying a fault code, the lady I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. I received a telephone call from the engineer who talked us through a possible fix, which did work, otherwise he would have attended in person. All this was accomplished in less than an hour. I cannot recommend them enough, this is a fantastic service, especially for a Saturday morning so close to Christmas. Thank you

  • A perfect service
    After using Primary Homes for many years for a rental property and now the sale of that same property I cannot recommend them enough. They have always given an excellent professional service. Tamlin and Dean have always been easy to communicate with. Any problems that have come up as they often do with rentals have been no problem for me with these guys looking after me. The property was always in safe hands with only having good tenants in the property and never once any problems with payment. Now They have just sold the property again swiftly with no problems and again in a professional manner.
