Fees: 

BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:

Once Primary is in receipt of satisfactory references, you will then be required to pay additional monies.

These are as follows:

1. Your security deposit (which is equal to 5 weeks rent) this will be registered with MyDeposits for your protection. 

2.  Your first months rental amount which is due the day you move into the property.

 DURING YOUR TENANCY:

 Amendment Fee £50 (inc VAT)

Contract negotiation & amending terms.

 OTHER FEES AND CHARGES:

 Out of Hours Services £50 per hour (inc VAT) plus any actual costs incurred

Where actions of the tenant results in the agent (or nominated contractor) attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at the hourly rate

 Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments Interest at 3.75% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due

Professional Cleaning (if required) £30 (inc VAT) per hour which will be deducted from the Security Deposit (Only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.)
